Pricing details

Only pools with a completed or partial visit in the billing period are counted; inactive customers are not billed.
$40 minimum still applies in the off-season.
Card payments through PoolDial: 3.2% + $0.30 per transaction; ACH 1.1% (Stripe 0.8% capped at $5, plus 0.3% uncapped) — per the pricing FAQ.
Rate stays $2/pool above 500 pools (e.g., 500 pools = $1,000/month).

Where it's strong

Simple, predictable math: one rate, every feature, unlimited users.
Cheap for small routes once you're past 20 pools; no per-tech charges as you hire.

What to watch

At $2/pool it costs more than per-tech plans for large routes run by few techs.
